- Litigation Services: Our litigators are trial-ready for the most complex cases. They are experienced with Texas and federal antitrust statutes and have appeared in federal and state courts, arbitration tribunals, the Federal Trade Commission, and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice.
- Advisory Services: Our group advises boards and companies on transactions and offers antitrust training to ensure compliance with antitrust laws. This includes regular reviews of proposed transactions, customer and competitor relationships, and business strategies to help clients compete effectively while minimizing antitrust liability.
Recent Work Highlights
- Lead trial counsel for Allied Orion Holdings, Crow Holdings, and Trammell Crow Residential Corp. in nationwide antitrust class actions alleging price-fixing to inflate rental costs.
- Representing Greenwood King Properties in a class action alleging anticompetitive schemes by local trade associations, real estate brokerages, and MLSs to inflate costs for home sellers and restrict price competition.
- Leading the joint defense group for Vistra Energy and Dynegy in numerous individual and putative class action cases filed in multiple states.
