Overview

We are at the forefront of ground breaking cases which redefine the law in a wide range of public sector areas. Examples include the Supreme Court cases of Cheshire West and Moseley, now the leading authority on public sector consultation obligation, and the recent landmark “end of life” cases of Briggs, Conway and Raqeeb. We regularly appear in judicial review cases and the Appellate Courts with a number of cases appearing in the Supreme Court and we are becoming increasingly active in terms of judicial review and equality law within the education sector.
