Our Department of Energy Law has always been recognized worldwide thanks to the excellence and the degree of detail in the complex transactions of important national and multinational companies before different instances of the public sector such as regulation authorities, ministries, among others; obtaining licenses, granting authorizations, signing contracts for the exploration, exploitation and commercialization of hydrocarbons and challenging administrative decisions.

The lawyers who make up this Department know the industry and thanks to their extensive experience they have been able to lead important tender offers for services required by state-owned company Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos (YPFB) in addition to negotiations on contracts for the purchase of energy resources, transportation, EPC and contracts rights of way and licenses, among others.
