We have advised Vietnamese businesses and the government in trade remedy investigations initiated by the United States, Mexico, Australia, the European Union, Turkey, India, Thailand, the Philippines, and South Korea against goods imported from or originating from Vietnam. In addition, IDVN has advised and represented clients in 18 out of the 28 trade remedy investigations and reviews initiated by the Ministry of Trade of Vietnam, accounting for approximately 64% of all trade remedy cases initiated by Vietnam
