The Litigation Department at Hugh James is the largest team in the region with excellent lawyers from partner level to junior solicitors. Our practice is unique as a one-stop shop for all types of commercial and property litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution. We are the go-to department in Wales for complex, high value litigation many of which involve overseas jurisdictions and extremely complex legal dimensions.
