Holland & Knight's Government Contracts Group guides clients through all phases of the procurement process, including forming teaming arrangements, responding to solicitations and compliance with contractual requirements and the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Our group provides guidance in handling bid protests, prime/subcontractor litigation, claims and disputes, and defense of enforcement matters, including suspension and debarment matters, False Claims Act litigation, FCPA compliance and government audits and investigations. We represent government contractors of all sizes and across a wide array of industries. Our Group has considerable experience in matters involving the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). We also advise clients on domestic preference requirements applicable to U.S. procurement including the Buy America/American Acts, the Trade Agreements Act and the Berry Amendment. We work closely with the firm’s Government Contracts M&A practice, which is among the largest in the country, and draw on the regional and substantive reach of practitioners across the firm in complementary areas such as state and local procurement law, international law, cybersecurity, labor and employment, white collar defense and construction. We have broad, in-depth experience in all facets of U.S. government contracts law as well as international government contracts law and can assist whether an issue involves regulatory compliance, litigation or a transaction.
