Our Italian Governmental Regulatory practice covers all areas of public law which are relevant in regulated markets, including permitting, energy regulatory, environmental, public contracts, planning/building, trade licenses and any process vis-à-vis agencies.
Among the principal industry sectors the department serves are there are energy, infrastructures, life science, real estate, financial services, insurance consumer, IT, transport, chemicals and automotive.
