Arun Velusami joined Hogan Lovells from Norton Rose Fulbright in 2018 and is well regarded among peers for his knowledge of and focus on Africa. Based in London, he has a strong background in acting for project developers across the continent, advising on renewable and thermal power plants, water projects and biofuels. With notable expertise in IPP mandates, he has further experience in cross-border power trading.

Head of the firm's francophone Africa group, Paris-based Olivier Fille-Lambie is frequently mandated by banks and institutional investors to act on transportation projects, as well as thermal power, solar and hydroelectric plants. A project finance expert, he represented AfDB, AFD and the Islamic Development Bank in the financing and construction of an international airport in Dakar, Senegal. He possesses knowledge of matters concerning OHADA and is further experienced in working with sponsors, developers and governments.
