Acted for Caterpillar on two trade mark invalidation and opposition cases involving the 'KAT' trade mark and its back-up application against an infringer before the Supreme People's Court. The Hogan Lovells team worked closely with Fujian Fidelity, and secured favourable rulings for Caterpillar.
