About

Provided by Hogan Lovells

Our Competition practice is known throughout the globe for its ability to offer a practical and realistic view of the increasingly complex legal scenarios that companies  face  on competition matters . The Competition team is comprised of 135 lawyers, including 50 partners, located in 17 countries. Our work is based on analysis and risk prevention. We anticipate risks by designing and implementing actions ranging from compliance audits and online compliance courses, to dawn raid preparation and mock dawn raids.

We regularly represent our clients in multinational mergers and joint ventures; cartel, abuse of dominance, and restrictive practice cases and investigations before the Spanish and EU antitrust authorities. We are trusted by our clients to lead them in high-profile strategic cases, most recently advising on complex and relevant investigations by the Spanish Competition authority (CNMC).
