Our Private Equity practice stands out due to the excellent calibre of our domestic and international client base. We attract some of the largest, most active and most diverse leaders in this field. Our clients include not only private equity houses but also increasingly, alternative asset managers, real estate funds, pension funds and infrastructure funds doing direct investments.

Our exceptional global reach, which allows us to regularly lead on deals involving USA and Latin America. We regularly act on behalf of investors who use Madrid as a hub, and, increasingly, for Latin American companies entering Europe via Spain. Our firm has 14 offices in the United Stated as well as in Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, Caracas, Mexico City and Monterrey. We work in close cooperation with these offices. 

We have a clear focus on regulated sectors. We guide our clients, providing a full service advice, on investments in highly regulated sectors including financial services, insurance, energy, TMT, education, healthcare and life sciences, real estate, business services, consumer, retail and transport.
