Hogan Lovells represented Danco Laboratories before the US Supreme Court in a challenge to the FDA’s approval and regulation of mifepristone. The Court unanimously rejected the plaintiffs’ claims, leaving in place the FDA’s determinations governing the drug’s availability and clarifying limits on third‑party challenges to agency action.

They are exceptional writers, are very strategic and understand the subject matter deeply. I trust them completely on our highest risk appellate matters.
The appellate team writes as well as any as I've come across, and they're extremely fine oral and written advocates. They do an amazing job at finding new angles to cases.
While some firms may focus solely on the substance of appeals, the Hogan Lovell's team's additional focus on the process has helped place my company in the best position it can be in to present the substance. Each team member seems to complement each other so that we have the strongest team working to achieve our goals.
They're dealing with some of the most significant and legally challenging issues in our sector, and for the county generally. They have done so magnificently. Hogan is a destination for smart lawyers doing meaningful work.
I really like them. Appellate practices can sometimes be siloed or don't partner as well, but Hogan is incredibly smart and agile, and they really do like engaging with clients about things. They take on board client feedback and understand the business, and I appreciate how they make my life easier by considering our strategy. Their collaboration is next-level.
