• multiple lessors on the court-supervised debt restructuring (PKPU) of Garuda Indonesia and the proposed repossession and redelivery of aircraft on lease to Garuda, including overseeing implementation of the Garuda composition plan ratified by the Commercial Court, and working with our clients to ensure the airline fulfills its repayment plan
