We have deep relationships with major Indonesian and international companies in the renewable energy and conventional power, oil and gas, mining, and infrastructure sectors.
Our recent work highlights include acting for:
- Consortium of INA, APG and ADIA on an investment cooperation with Waskita Karya for two sections of the Trans Java Toll Road (Kanci-Pejagan and Pejagan-Pemalang) with a total transaction value of US$1.25 billion (IJInvestor Transport Acquisition Award Asia Pacific 2024)
- Indonesia Investment Authority (INA) on divestment of a majority stake in two Indonesian toll roads to ADIA and APG with an enterprise value of approximately US$1.3 billion
- Sumitomo Metal Mining on its mandatory foreign divestment of a controlling stake in Vale Indonesia, together with Vale Canada and in cooperation with MIND-ID (the Indonesian mining sector SOE)
- Manara Minerals Investment Company on its indirect acquisition of Vale’s Indonesian businesses as a part of the global acquisition of Vale Base Metals business
- Pertamina Rosneft Pengolahan dan Petrokimia on development of the US$15 billion Tuban grass root refinery and petrochemical complex
