  • Itochu Cooperation on post-closing merger control notification to KPPU in relation to the acquisition of all of the shares in Daiken Corporation  
  • Tokio Marine on post-closing merger control notification in Indonesia in relation to its acquisition of Integrated Design & Engineering Holdings Co. Ltd in Japan
