A key focus of our public procurement law practice is advising and supporting public contracting authorities in the planning and implementation of procurement projects. We have extensive experience in litigation before public procurement tribunals and the courts. In recent years, we have advised public contracting authorities on numerous projects relating to the award of contracts, for example in the sectors of infrastructure, construction, IT, transport and healthcare. Our clients include federal and state ministries, cities and local authorities, as well as companies from a variety of sectors.

Furthermore, we provide advice on planning and environmental law for major infrastructure projects. We assist project developers and planning authorities in conducting planning approval procedures, securing planning permission and implementing projects. We support urban development projects and have extensive experience in public-law approval procedures and in litigation before the courts.

We also advise and represent companies and public authorities on a wide range of administrative and constitutional law matters. Whether in relation to state aid, regulated industries such as the energy or healthcare sectors, environmental permits, or current issues such as ESG, anti-money laundering compliance or the sharing economy – our team supports clients in approval procedures, transaction processes and, where necessary, in contentious administrative and judicial disputes
