We continuously advise the most important economic groups in Perú such as Grupo Romero, Grupo Wiese, Grupo Breca, Grupo Gloria and Intercorp in M&A transactions as well as being permanent advisors to The Carlyle Group, Grupo Falabella, AB Inbev and others.

One of the few experts and  experienced firms advising private equity funds in their transactions in Peru and abroad. Recently advised The Carlyle Group pertaining the design and execution of a transaction involving the transfer of its controlling stake in Hermes Transportes Blindados S.A, in favour of CVC Capital Partners Fund VII, for an enterprise value of approximately $400,000,000, which was awarded with the "M&A/ Private Equity: Deal-of-the-Year-2020"

Advise high profile players in regular corporate matters as well as handling corporate crisis, involving also joint advisory with our Compliance and White-Collar Crimes´ practices such as the advisory provided to AENZA (formerly G&M), which recently signed a Plea Agreement with the Peruvian authorities, being the first one ever closed by a Peruvian company related to the company's involvement in the Lava Jato case.

Impressive expertise in venture capital, providing legal services to either startup´s entrepreneurs or to investors, through round venture capital financing or by direct acquisitions. Recently advised Alicorp on its venture capital portfolio.
