Regarding M&A, our firm has extensive experience as counsel to both buyers and sellers through our involvement in the most substantial M&A transactions in Turkey and in global transactions with a Turkish element. We represent numerous listed companies and/or their shareholders at both the transactional and daily operational levels, including with M&A transactions. This experience enables us to skillfully handle all capital markets board-related requirements, such as timely public disclosures of the transactional steps and mandatory tender offer-related requirements such as exemption applications.

In terms of our corporate work, our assistance begins in the drafting stage of articles to ensure full regulatory compliance. Our work includes handling various reporting, permitting, and licensing processes for our clients, drawing upon our extensive experience in dealing with all types of governmental bodies in Turkey including municipalities, ministries, and independent regulatory bodies.
