The competition practice in Spain provides clients with integrated legal advice across the full spectrum of competition work, including behavioural and cartel investigations, merger control proceedings, competition compliance programmes, state aid issues, judicial review of decisions of competition authorities before national and EU courts, litigation, and private enforcement. The team works across a wide array of sectors, with strong experience in retail, consumer products, energy, infrastructure, and digital markets. The team is led by partner Henar González and supported by senior associate Pilar Carrasco.
