Our Health & Safety practice has significant experience in advising clients following the most serious health and safety incidents. We assist clients as they navigate investigations, enforcement action, civil claims and reputation management arising from major incidents causing serious injury and death which often have significant reputational importance. We have acted, and are currently involved, in many of the most high-profile and complex matters to have arisen over recent years.

As well as helping clients prepare for and respond to incidents, we also regularly advise on compliance with the statutory frameworks in which they operate. We have a strong track record of engaging pro-actively with the various safety regulators to protect our clients’ interests. We are also experienced in carrying out reviews of the adequacy of health, safety and environment management systems.
