The energy practice in Spain combines corporate, finance, and contentious practices to provide a full range of services to clients in their projects in Spain and overseas. The team has extensive experience in providing legal advice to both domestic and international clients in connection with their acquisitions or divestments and throughout all stages of their energy projects. They possess in-depth knowledge of public law, regulatory, environment, and planning. The team advises on innovative areas, with a special focus on energy transition and climate change, ESG and decarbonisation, and are pioneers in their advice on green hydrogen and marine wind energy. Their international capacity and cross-border expertise is second to none.
