Haslinger / Nagele advises across key areas of Austrian public law with a strong interdisciplinary approach. In Environmental & Technology law, we guide applicants through planning and permitting procedures for industrial, infrastructure, energy, commercial, raw material, waste management and leisure projects. Working closely with technical experts, we ensure efficient and technically sound solutions. We also support municipalities and public bodies in implementing legislation, ordinances and administrative requirements.

Our Public Economic and Constitutional Law practice covers the full range of administrative and regulatory issues affecting businesses. From A to Z, our expertise spans all areas of public business law, from medicinal product law to customs law. In constitutional our mission is to protect our clients’ fundamental and human rights. We thus represent them in all proceedings with the authorities and courts, including Austria’s higher courts (Constitutional Court, Supreme Court), the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights.

In Public Procurement, we assist contracting authorities and bidders throughout the entire procurement process. Our work includes major and PPP projects at all levels of the public sector. We also make use of our own online tendering system set up in cooperation with the public contractor Austrian Register of Tenderers (ANKÖ), represent clients in review proceedings and provide compliance advice and training.
