We regularly advise clients in relation to real estate litigations, including commercial and residential tenancies, boundary disputes, dilapidations, breaches of missives, crofting disputes and statutory appeals.

Our team has extensive experience and expertise in this area, and has represented clients across all levels of civil court in Scotland, including the Sheriff Courts, Court of Session, Scottish Land Court and Lands Tribunal for Scotland. We also have experience in alternative dispute resolution measures, including arbitration and mediation, in relation to real estate matters.
