Our Commercial Real Estate practice is one of the largest teams of property lawyers in Scotland, advising clients of all sizes across the private, public and third sectors. Our specialists deal proactively with selling, purchasing, leasing, development, investment, portfolio management or funding matters. We use our knowledge and good working relationships throughout the property industry to deal efficiently with clients' needs and to develop innovative structures and solutions to complex contractual matters or to deal with large numbers of properties.

We also work alongside those based in jurisdictions outside Scotland, who require our knowledge of the Scottish legal system.
