Our team is primarily known for acting for healthcare sector consolidators on acquisitions, or clients selling to consolidators – in particular care home operators, dental practices, pharmacies and vet practices. We also advise a wide range of mainstream and alternative funders to clients in the healthcare sector. The experience and level of activity in acting for, and on the opposite side of, consolidators in the healthcare sector sets our practice apart.

We provide a full service ranging from advice on corporate, employment and dispute resolution matters through to personal legal services for the owners of each business (e.g. estate and succession planning). We-regularly act for funders of healthcare businesses, whether as part of a refinancing or providing additional funding for growth.
