The California Litigation Team is recognized for experience defending consumer class actions, trying over 100 consumer class actions worth over $3 billion in damages with jury and bench trials. Our experience includes class-action lawsuit trials, eliminating proposed class actions on the merits prior to the certification, opposing class-certification motions, decertifying previously certified classes, negotiating  and obtaining approval of class settlements.
