Shipping is at the core of our practice, and our services to the shipping industry have a 360 degrees perspective: from setting up businesses to all aspects of shipping throughout the life of a ship (building or buying, registering, employing, operating, managing, and ultimately parting with the ship). Trade, transport and logistics are inseparably intertwined and are all at the heart of our practice. We advise on international sale and purchase of goods and commodities as well as the ancillary standard terms and bespoke logistics contracts and transport agreements for providers as well as receivers of logistical services. Our services to the offshore industry extend to both the offshore wind segment and the offshore oil and gas sec-tor. We advise developers, operators and contractors on contractual and regulatory matters and have extensive experience with a range of tenders and contracts.
We assist Danish and foreign insurers and reinsurers with all insurance regulatory issues and claims. We assist all types of stakeholders with projects and transactions in financing of businesses and M&A including large infrastructure projects as diverse as offshore wind farms and light rails. We are adept at conducting complex arbitration and litigation at all Danish court levels. We have experience from litigation in more than 50 jurisdictions and work extensively on multinational, high volume litigation in-volving banks, insurers, other financial institutions and industrial players.
