Our Restructuring & Insolvency practice provides full‑spectrum support across three core workstreams: out‑of‑court restructuring, onshore court restructuring and insolvency, and offshore/free‑zone R&I. Our teams handle negotiated restructurings, complex onshore litigation, cross‑border recognition and enforcement of foreign insolvency orders, tax‑driven restructurings following the introduction of Corporate Tax, and group reorganisations involving free‑zone and offshore structures. We also advise on creditor enforcement, debt recovery, shareholder disputes, succession‑related conflicts and liquidation proceedings. The practice has expanded its capabilities and now operates in a dominant market position, increasingly advising on major regional insolvency, liquidation and asset‑recovery mandates.
