Recent highlights include:

• Advising Fondo Compass in the construction, development and commercialization of  5 residential condominium projects in, totaling  approx. 600 apartments.
• Advising  Argentinean renowned businessman Manuel Antelo in the development  of a car shopping mall and retail center called  Car One in a 12-hectare plot.
• Advising Atlantico a landmark-to-be in Punta del Este, awarded Best Mixed Use Development in Uruguay Award by the Central & South America Property Awards. The project is worth USD 250 million.
• Assisting trusts Fideicomiso Financiero Tierras Irrigadas I y II, which raised a capital investment of USD 300 million with the objective of acquiring agricultural land.
