(part of the holding Corporación América) by the airline companies Austral Líneas Aéreas-Cielos del Sur S.A. and Aerolíneas Argentinas S.A. due to two bird ingestions.

  • Handling a high profile case filed by Electroingeniería against UTE (Uruguayan electricity public authority due to damages of over USD 72 million produced by the illcit disqualification of its bid.
