They represent investors in the legal structuring of funds and investment vehicles, including CORFO (Chilean Production Development Corporation) funds, in syndication with other investors, conducting due diligence, and negotiating and drafting investment documents covering equity, convertible debt, exit mechanisms, tax issues, and more.
On the other hand, they also assist entrepreneurs and start-ups, offering special rates, in their growth stages. This includes support with financings, structuring financing rounds, corporate reorganization, stock option plans, internationalization processes, and sales or exits in Chile or abroad.
