We advise clients from the private and public sectors, from diverse industries, regulated and non-regulated entities, in straight forward regulatory processes and transactional matters (M&A. energy projects, banking and finance, mining, transport, sanitary, TMT, pharmaceutical, real estate, port and customs, among others).
