Overview

Our work encompasses full environmental law services including transactional and regulatory issues in the different phases of their projects, such as: development and permitting, environmental assessment and relationship with environmental authorities, construction and operation, due diligence, inspection, control and sanction processes, and environmental litigation.

We render full assistance to our clients in all stages of their projects, starting with the acquisition of lands and projects, obtaining permits and also in the financing and construction.

We have been especially successful in assisting clients in obtaining environmental permits in an increasingly complex context, mainly influenced by community and political oppositions to projects. Such has been the case in both, administrative and in Court litigation.

Our lawyers are highly qualified and have vast experience in the public sector and in the development of private investment projects.

Also, during the last years we collaborated with nonprofit organizations devoted to develop environmental preservation projects.
