GT Stewart's housing team is led by Claire Wiles represent clients in respect of a full range of social housing issues including unlawful evictions, possession cases, homelessness matters, anti-social behaviour and judicial reviews. He is instructed by the Official Solicitor on behalf of protected parties and his work with Shelter make him a valuable addition to the team in 2019.   Higher Court Advocate Dirghayu Patel regularly exercises his rights of audience in the Country Court when pursuing remedies for his clients so they only have to deal with one lawyer.  He fights tenaciously for his clients and apart from housing law he is expert in public law, human rights and community care.  Denise Phillips, Susan Gronbach and David Araya are other notable individuals in the team whose clients include individuals with medical, social and/or mental health issues.
