Thanks to our longstanding reputation for excellence as private equity advisors, we have worked on the vast majority of the top private equity deals in the Polish market over the past few years. We advise most of the leading private equity houses operating in Poland and are involved in most of the big-ticket private equity transactions.

Our practice is multi-disciplinary, and we work closely with our colleagues throughout the firm’s other practice groups to meet the full range of our clients’ legal needs. By combining the capabilities and international experience of our lawyers advising on fund formation, corporate and securities law, tax, energy, infrastructure, real estate, insurance, bankruptcy, and restructuring, we are able to support our clients in maximizing value from any given private equity transaction.

Our private equity team advises on four primary fields: acquisitions of portfolio companies; fund formation; advice to portfolio companies regarding corporate and securities matters, financings, and reorganizations; and exit strategies.
