Our leading real estate sector team provides full service legal advice to the real estate industry. Our multi-disciplinary Italian real estate team includes approximately 20 fee earners who are well-versed in the areas of real estate acquisitions and disposals, developments, joint ventures, fund structures, financing, structured finance, NPLs as well as asset management and real estate-related litigation. We have a wealth of experience acting for leading international and domestic real estate investors, pensions funds, private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, developers, lending institutions, debt funds and alternative capital providers.
Our Italian real estate team is part of a fully integrated international law firm with a global real estate sector group of 450 lawyers of which some 180 lawyers outside of the U.S., thus providing our clients with the resources of one of the largest real estate teams amongst leading international law firms.
