Greenberg Traurig´s Public Law Practice advises domestic and international companies navigate the highly regulated processes before federal, state, and local governments and their agencies. We assist clients at all stages of the public procurement processes, including public tenders; drafting and negotiation of contracts and their renegotiation or termination; drafting and implementing laws, regulations and amendments connected therewith; permits, licenses and authorizations procurement; regulatory advisory; administrative and constitutional litigation; among others contentious and non-contentious proceedings, like mediation, dispute boards and arbitration.
