Our Corporate/M&A practice regularly participates in high-end deals, and is committed to building long-term relationships with clients, advising them on matters ranging from large, transformational deals to smaller transactions.
We help clients to structure, negotiate and complete complex international and domestic M&A transactions, joint ventures, MBOs, strategic business combinations and reorganisations for large and middle-cap companies and for unlisted and privately owned businesses.
Wide-ranging sector experience: extensive experience advising clients operating in heavy industry, pharmaceuticals and medical technology, business services, real estate, finance, insurance, energy, engineering, telecommunications, automotive, retail and media and entertainment.
Varied client roster: advice to buyers and sellers, both strategic and financial, including private equity and hedge funds. We also advise investors, majority and minority shareholders, management teams, boards of directors and board committees, as well as investment, asset and development managers.
Global reach: our London practice fits within a network of 350 M&A lawyers based in strategic business centres across the world, including New York, San Francisco, Amsterdam, Berlin, Milan, Shanghai, Singapore, Tokyo, Tel Aviv, Dubai and Mexico City.
Female leadership: unusually for high-end M&A, the team is led by a female partner, Fiona Adams, and has a 50-50 gender split amongst M&A partners and associates.
