Greenberg Traurig has one of the leading banking and finance practices in Poland, currently ranked in Tier I by International Financial Law Review. Our attorneys advise lenders (e.g., Polish and foreign banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions), corporate borrowers (e.g., largest Polish and international corporations), and private equity sponsors. Our attorneys have participated in some of the largest and most complex domestic and cross-border financing transactions in Poland to date. 

In our Warsaw office we have lawyers qualified to advise clients on Polish, English, and New York law. Whenever required, lawyers from the Warsaw office cooperate closely with colleagues from London and the USA.
