The service and expertise the Land and Development Team offers is specifically designed for SME private housebuilders, land promoters and landowners. The Team handles all aspects of development land, with expertise in strategic land, option agreements, promotion agreements, conditional sale agreements, unconditional land acquisition, land assembly and joint venture and collaboration agreements, funding arrangements, planning agreements and affordable housing disposals and plot sales.
