The team advise on all types of landlord and tenant, acquisition, disposal and property finance for a wide range of clients including landed estates, SME’s, banks and commercial property portfolio holders

The Property Team deals with many multi-million-pound acquisitions, disposals and refinancing transactions across a spectrum of sectors; working closely with professional advisers and lenders, paying particular focus on ensuring that the most effective method of acquisition, disposal and funding structures are explored and utilised.  

The Land and Development teams existing client base includes over 15 such housebuilders and promoters and the Team is now handling 300+ plot sales a year with this forecast to increase to 500 Units per year by the end of 2024. The service and expertise the Land and Development Team offers is specifically designed for SME private housebuilders, land promoters and landowners. The Team handles all aspects of development land, with expertise in strategic land, option agreements, promotion agreements, conditional sale agreements, unconditional land acquisition, land assembly and joint venture and collaboration agreements, funding arrangements, planning agreements and affordable housing disposals and plot sales.
