We represent corporate clients in complex environmental litigation cases before the Israeli courts and act in their defense in cases of private actions, class actions, regulatory compliance lawsuits, administrative proceedings and other actions brought by environmental and government entities.
Our Environment team also counsels clients on licensing matters, environmental aspects of large scale infrastructure projects (such as desalination plants and paving of central highways), statutory and regulatory consents for development and public infrastructure tenders, real estate transactions and other projects.
We also advise some of Israel’s largest industrial plants and financial institutions on potential project risks and the implementation of environmental risk management solutions.
The firm’s Environment practice is enhanced by our expertise in additional practice areas, such as Energy and Natural Resources, Cleantech and Litigation.
