Our domestic capital markets team advises many of Israel’s largest public companies, as well as smaller issuers, investment banks, underwriters, nominated advisors and brokers. The team handles complex matters including public and private offerings of debt and equity (including rights and convertible and structured securities), listings on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and Israel Securities Authority directives and their implementation. We also have extensive experience working with the Israel Securities Authority, the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, rating agencies and leading underwriters.

Our global capital markets team advises on major cross-border transactions involving Israeli issuers accessing public markets abroad, including on NASDAQ, the New York Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange.
