We are characterised by the drafting and negotiation of construction contracts with general contractors as well as in the context of the commissioning of individual trades. In addition, we have expertise in drafting and negotiating complex plant construction contracts, including EPC, EPCM and FIDIC contracts, as well as operational management and maintenance contracts.

 

Our services extend to the comprehensive support of project developments, in particular in the legal structuring and obtaining of building permits. We are experienced in drafting and negotiating project development, project management and project control agreements as well as architect and engineer contracts.

We also offer tax and corporate law structuring services for project developments and advise on specific legal aspects of special properties such as airports, hotels, shopping centres and more.

In addition, we actively support PPP projects and advise on insolvency and restructuring issues in connection with real estate. Our team is well equipped to handle complex construction disputes, including litigation, arbitration and mediation.

Furthermore, we provide support in relation to procurement and state aid law for construction and plant engineering projects and advise on energy law, including tenant electricity models, contracting, energy concessions and EEG remuneration claims
