A distinguishing factor with respect to our practice is that we represent clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions involving financial services companies, including, asset management firms that advise registered and private funds.

Our practice includes all types of registered funds, including traditional mutual funds, closed-end funds, ETFs, interval funds, tender offer funds, money market funds, sub-advised funds, and alternative asset funds (including funds focused on strategies drawn from the hedge fund and private equity space). Closed-end funds have seen a lot of activist attention the past 12 months. We are a leader in that space.
