The firm's banking and finance group is one of the largest of the firm. Our practice focuses on diverse aspects of the financial sector, such as secured and unsecured commercial lending, securitization, secured financing, syndicated loans, restructuring, asset financing, sales and purchase transactions and trusts, issuance of debentures, commercial paper, promissory notes and other debt instruments, in both the domestic and international markets, as well as on the structuring and expansion of banking and financial institutions, branches and subsidiaries, tailoring our services for each transaction according to its legal implications and complexity. An important part of our financing work involves project funding and infrastructure, as well as financial strategies behind complex acquisitions, which require the design of financial strategies.

We are leaders in structuring, negotiating, and implementing capital markets and securitization transactions, including equity deals such as initial public offerings and transactions with depositary receipts. 

We represent lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border transactions, including several major domestic and foreign banking institutions, investment banks, underwriters and private investment funds and foreign asset management companies.
