Our Insolvency practice enjoys a well-deserved reputation, thanks to its successful participation in the most widely reported insolvency proceedings.
The team specialised in Insolvency Law has advised one of the largest Spanish developers in what to date has been the largest insolvency proceedings in Europe.
The experience arising from the management of complex insolvency proceedings, as well as from other company matters relating to Insolvency law, has meant that our lawyers possess all the qualifications necessary to successfully provide comprehensive advice to the client in the face of any situation arising from insolvency proceedings.
Our areas of action in this field are:
- Preparation and presentation of insolvency proceedings petitioned by debtors or creditors
- Disputes and acknowledgments of claims
- Representation and defence of creditors in all stages of the proceedings
- Insolvency issues from the termination of freelance or business agreements, and avoidance (clawback) actions
