- Magnevist Litigation: Goldman Ismail serves as lead counsel for Bayer in numerous products liability cases involving Magnevist®, a contrast dye used in MRI scans. The firm successfully opposed MDL consolidation in cases alleging Gadolinium Deposition Diseases and won key Daubert victories in the first court to consider such challenges.
