Gide's Urban Planning & Development Department, advises its clients in the setting up of urban planning operations in order to ensure the feasibility of the operation, optimise construction rights and facilitate obtaining the required authorisations.

 

Gide advises developers, constructors, and property companies on structuring operations and selecting the procedures to be put in place, including for the adaptation of planning documents. We assist our clients throughout obtaining construction authorisations and audit planning permission applications, and are in direct contact with the various administrations. Gide also conducts regulatory audits in property asset acquisition operations.

 

In addition, Gide advises developer contractors, operators, and public authorities on conducting development operations, for instance in ZACs (joint development zones); and covers the financial and tax aspects of development operations.
