Our highly regarded team advises public and private companies, including private equity funds, on all types of mergers and acquisitions, including domestic and cross-border transactions, public and private transactions, and management buyouts.

We advise on a wide range of capital markets matters, including takeovers, listings, public offerings, private placements, redemption and buy-back programmes, and stock exchange and securities regulations. We also have extensive experience in accelerated book buildings (ABBs), SPACs, and preference share issues.

We regularly handle shareholder and joint venture agreements and act as adviser in the restructuring of companies and business groups.
