In Wales, Geldards remains the pre-eminent firm in administrative and public law and is seen as the “go-to” firm by public sector bodies for high value and politically sensitive matters and known for its understanding of the Welsh devolved institutions. The firm is a long-standing adviser to the Welsh Public Sector acting for the Welsh Government and its subsidiaries and sponsored bodies.
